As part of our Career Development Program, our students participate in the County Council Budget Community meetings in support of Hui Malama. In preparation for these meetings, students are taught about the County funding process and how it affects Hui Malama and the community. Students are given lessons on etiquette, appropriate business attire and interview and public speaking skills. Prior to the community meetings, our students have the opportunity to visit the county building and meet one on one with each council member.
